Who am I? What do I want? How can I serve? What is my purpose? In this 45 minute session we will use the So Hum mantra š to return to I am. I will take you through The Soul Questions, The āI amā sequence before meditating using the powerful mantra, So Hum. After dropping the mantra I will continue to guide your through setting intentions for living before you open your eyes and return into your day to day activity with a little bit of calm and relaxation from this amazing session.
